1.智能回复
机器人可以智能查找最匹配的问题答案回复给客户,并能自动学习您的回复,您也可以主动教她怎么回答.也许开始她智能回答10%的问题,但一个月后机器人就可能准确回复90%的客户问题,时间约久,她就越聪明。
